How do I find my size?
Check the measurements and available options on the product page. Ring sizes, chain lengths and bracelet lengths can differ between designs. Our size guide explains how to measure; contact us if a specific measurement is missing.
What are the pieces made from?
Novella offers fashion jewelry. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe the colour of a piece, not solid gold or solid silver. Materials and finishes vary by design. Check the individual product details, and contact us if you need a specific material confirmed before ordering.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Follow the care information for your specific piece. Unless its product details expressly confirm water resistance, remove it before showering or swimming. Avoid perfume, lotions and cleaning products directly on the jewelry.
Which currency will I pay in?
Novella Jewelry lists prices in US dollars (USD). Check the final order total, shipping and any applicable taxes at checkout.
How does the 10% jewelry offer work?
Join our email list to receive a code for 10% off jewelry in your inbox. Apply the code from your welcome email at checkout using the same email address that you subscribed with. Available to email subscribers, once per customer, with no minimum order.
Sign up using the email form at the bottom of our website. If confirmation is requested, confirm your subscription first. Gift cards are excluded.
Why are two prices shown for a piece?
Where an email-subscriber price is shown, it illustrates the 10% welcome offer. This price requires the code sent in your welcome email and an eligible subscribed email address. Your actual discount and final total are confirmed at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are separate.
Can I combine the offer with other discounts?
The 10% jewelry offer cannot be combined with other product or order discounts. Standard US shipping costs $4.95 per order and is not included in the jewelry discount. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States costs $4.95 USD per order. The checkout confirms the destinations and methods currently available for your address. See our shipping policy. If your country is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery depends on the item, destination and shipping method. Use any estimate shown for your order. If no timeframe is shown, ask us before ordering so we can check it for you.
Where is my tracking link?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for your order. Check your shipping confirmation and spam folder. Our order-tracking page explains what to do next.
Can I return a piece?
See our returns and refunds policy for how to contact us and the statutory rights that may apply. A damaged or incorrect item should be reported to us so we can help resolve it.
Can I change an order or delivery address?
Email us as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. We will check what is still possible. A change may no longer be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
