Welcome to Novella Jewelry. These terms explain the essentials of browsing and ordering at novellajewerly.com. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Choosing your pieces

Read the product description, materials, measurements and selected options before ordering. Product names and color descriptions are not a promise of solid gold, sterling silver or another precious material unless this is expressly stated. Colors can appear differently on different screens; this does not remove your rights if an item does not match its description.

Prices, offers and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Check the item price, shipping charges, applicable taxes and final total shown at checkout before paying. Use one of the payment methods offered there. Promotion eligibility and combination rules apply as stated with the offer.

For a bundle or promotional offer, check the eligible products, quantity and price shown with that offer. A discount applies only when it is reflected in the checkout total. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout.

Your order

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. After ordering, keep your confirmation for reference. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or a payment or fraud issue needs resolving, we will contact you. Any cancellation and repayment will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

If something is wrong

An item must meet the description and standards required by applicable consumer law. If it is faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not conform, contact us with the order number and details so we can address it. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit content that infringes someone else’s rights. Our store uses Shopify and other service providers for functions such as payments and delivery. Their services may have separate terms and privacy information.

Privacy and customer content

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Only submit reviews or images you are entitled to share. Publication of a customer review or photograph requires the appropriate permission.

Updates and contact
