Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Your order should come with clear information from checkout to delivery. Here is how to find the details for your destination and what to do if you need help.

Destinations and shipping costs

Standard shipping within the United States costs $4.95 USD per order. Shipping is charged separately from product prices and the 10% jewelry offer. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see availability and the final total, including any applicable taxes. If your country is unavailable, please contact us before ordering.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Preparation and transit times depend on the item, availability, destination and shipping method. Refer to any timeframe shown for your order. If no estimate is displayed, contact us before purchasing so we can check the available information.

Carrier estimates can change. If an agreed delivery date is missed, contact us for help; this does not limit any right to cancel or receive a remedy under applicable law.

Tracking your parcel

When tracking is available, the link is sent to the email address used for your order after dispatch. A label can appear before the carrier records its first scan. Visit Follow Your Novella Order for guidance.

Checking your address

Please check your address before paying. If it needs correcting, email us promptly with your order number. We will check whether a change is still possible; dispatched parcels may not be reroutable.

Delays, damage or missing parcels

Contact novellajewerly@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. If the item is damaged or incorrect, photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate. We will explain the next steps. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returned or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us, contact us to review the available options. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
